អង្គការ CCPCR បានចុះធ្វើការប៉ាន់ប្រមាណ និង ធ្វើផែនការគ្រួសារ ជាមួយនឹងអតិថិជននៅខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ការគាំទ្រឲ្យមានការងារធ្វើ ឬ មានមុខរបរក្នុងស្រុកដើម្បីរួចផុតពីការចំណាកស្រុកម្ដងទៀត។
សុភី (ឈ្មោះក្លែងក្លាយ) គឺជាអ្នករងគ្រោះពីការចំណាកស្រុកទៅធ្វើការនៅប្រទេសថៃ ហើយត្រូវបានជួយសង្គ្រោះ​ឲ្យ​បានវិលត្រឡប់មកស្រុកកំណើតរបស់ខ្លួនវិញ តាមរយៈមណ្ឌលសំចតខេត្តកោះកុង របស់អង្គការ CCPCR។​
សុភី លើកឡើងថាទោះស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពបែបណាក៏ដោយ គេនឹងខិតខំស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើ និង ប្រកបមុខរបរដាំដុះក្នុងស្រុក ដើម្បីចិញ្ចឹមគ្រួសារ ហើយសម្រេចចិត្តឈប់ធ្វើចំណាកស្រុកទៀត ដោយថាជួបបញ្ហាប្រឈមច្រើន ឃ្លាតឆ្ងាយពីគ្រួសារ និង​ រងការធ្វើបាបពីអាជ្ញាធរថៃផងដែរ។

CCPCR is conducted the assessment and case plan with the survivor at Banteay MeanChhey province in order to provide support on business at home or job-placement to avoid from re-migration.
Sophy (Name to be changed) is the survivor of migrant abuse to work in Thailand and rescued back to homeland throw CCPCR’s Koh Kong Transit Center.
Sophy said whether in any situation, ​he will try to work or do farming at home, he would not leave home for work again, because it is dangerous, far from family and threated and beaten by Thai authority also.
CCPCR's project of countering trafficking is supported by USAID through CTIP of Winrock International.

គាំទ្រលើក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់ ដើម្បីការពារពីការជួញដូរ Support on SVG to Prevent from Trafficking

ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ អង្គការ CCPCR បានផ្ដួចផ្ដើមបង្កើតបានក្រុម សន្សំប្រាក់សហគមន៍ចំនួន ២៥ក្រុម ជាមួយនឹងសមាជិក ៤០០ នាក់ក្នុងខេត្តកោះកុង ស្វាយរៀង និង កំពង់ធំ នេះ ដើម្បីចូលរួមគាំទ្រ និង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ជនងាយរងគ្រោះ ឬកុមារងាយរងគ្រោះពីការជួញដូរ។ ក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់នេះបានបង្កើនប្រាក់ដើមទុនប្រមាណ ១៣៩ ៧៩១ ៣០០ រៀល ដែលស្មើនឹងប្រមាណ ៣៤ ៩៤៧, ៨៣ ដុល្លារ។

សមាជិកនៃក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់នេះទទួលបានការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលផ្នែកការពារពីការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ការចំណាកស្រុកខុសច្បាប់ អំពីសិទ្ធិកុមារ និង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពផ្នែកជីវភាពរស់នៅ ជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និង ការផ្ដួចផ្ដើមនូវធនធានផ្សេងៗក្នុងសហគមន៍។

To provide supporting and strengthen on livelihood of vulnerable people and children, CCPCR initiative to set up 25 saving group with 400 members from Svay Rieng, Koh Kong, and Kampong Thom in 2017. The saving groups have increased the capital to 139,791,300 riels (about $34,947.83).

CCPCR’s Saving Group members have been trained on prevention of human trafficking, illegal of migration, Children’s rights, and capacity building on the livelihood and financial management, and technical of mobilizing resource in the community.

With CCPCR’s saving group supported on capital loan, all members have been changed their life with business at home or animal raising instead of migrant to work abroad and their child have a chance to enroll in state school with CCPCR’s material supported.

Employment Opportunities

The Cambodian Centre for the Protection of Children’s Rights (CCPCR) is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization, was founded since November 1994, by a group of Cambodian professionals highly committed to the welfare of Cambodian children. It commenced operations in March 1995 and its Statute was approved by the Ministry of Interior on Feb 27th 1997.
                                   
Currently, with supporting funds of USAID through Winrock International, CCPCR implements a project focused on the Prevention and Protection against human trafficking and labor- exploitation. CCPCR’s Protection program assists survivors of trafficking and abused migrants to recover from their experiences of exploitation and to improve their living conditions in order to avoid re-trafficking and exploitation. The Protection program is community based and survivors are reintegrated to whichever city or province their home is in, most commonly Phnom Penh, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Banteay Meanchey, and Koh Kong..

CCPCR is extending the Protection programs and now is announcing to recruit the Cambodian staff for the 3 positions as below:

1.      Social Worker- 3 positions (2 social workers- based in Phnom Penh and 1 social worker based at Svay Reing Province).

Duties:
  1. Manage and be responsible for the cases allocated to you.   
  2. When appropriate, use the NCCT interview guide to identify abused migrants and victims of trafficking amongst returnee migrants.
  3. Basic counseling skills for working closely with clients, empathy and problem solving.
  4. Conduct the assessment with the victim and victim’s family to identify and understand their needs, problems and strengths. Pay attention to all kinds of Needs e.g. safety, physical health, emotional health and relationships, livelihood and education, justice Needs.
  5. Analyze the situation and priority needs and requirements of the victim and victim’s family, with the victim and family. Support the victim (and family) to make decisions about what action to take. 
  6. Develop a case plan with the client that brings resources and services together to respond to the needs and problems and builds on strengths.
  7. Implement the plan together with the victim and victim’s family and other service providers, checking progress and reviewing and adapting the plan according to changing circumstances.
  8. Close the case according to CCPCR policy e.g. when the identified needs have been met and problems solved.
  9. Work closely with the Social Work Supervisor and other team members throughout the casework, for example meeting to discuss the analysis and planning of the case and later, Case Reviews and closure.
  10. Network and build relationships and find resources (local authorities, physical health care including reproductive health, mental health care, livelihood, legal) in the areas that clients live.
  11. Undertake field visits to meet with clients and their families to ensure they have their prioritized needs met and to understand their changing situations to meet their needs effectively.
  12. For each case open a file and record visits and events, identification, assessment, plan, implementation, reviews and new planning and closure in casework forms so that the work carried out on each case is accessible and data is kept for M&E systems like the WI CTIP database.
  13. Submit requests for funds for clients (or significant family members) following identified needs and a plan to meet those needs with services and following CCPCR’s financial policies. Follow CCPCR’s client-related policies, act ethically, follow the best interests of the client, show the client respect and compassion. Keep confidentiality. 
The essential requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Social Work, or any related field,
  • Minimum three years of experience of social work in working with survivors of human trafficking and abused migrants or a similarly vulnerable group (survivors of GBV, children in need of protection etc).
  • Knowledgeable in English and excellent interpersonal communication, critical thinking  negotiation and analysis skills,
  • Competency in computer literate in Ms. Office, Excel, Email & Internet,
  • Report and case study writing skills,
  • Knowledge of social work, the case management process.
  • Able to travel frequently to provinces for needs assessment, assisting clients and monitoring.
  • Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR.
  1. Finance/Admin Officer- 1 positions (based at Koh Kong office) 
Duties:
       1. Follow-up of activities of the staff under his/her section.
       2. Ensure cleaning and safety of the office and closely control the office guards.
  1. Announcing the news or regulation, updating the Bulletin Board and photographic displays, responsible for all correspondences that come in the office and send out from the office,
  2. Assist to organize meeting, workshop at Central Office,
  3. Be responsible for stock of stationery and sundries. Be sure to distribute them to the authorized request units.
  4. Coordinate and monitor all expenditure transactions at the provincial level
  5. Prepare petty cash payments Voucher & Entering all these data into Accounting software (QuickBooks),
  6. Prepare monthly cash book and expenditure documents for sending to head office
  7. Ensure timelines, accuracy of financial reporting for Finance/Admin Manager at head office,
  8. Perform any other tasks assigned by Provincial coordinator or  Finance/Admin Manager 
The essential requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting or Finance or any related field
  • Minimum two years of experience in management level related to accounting & finance and administration
  • Knowledgeable in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to use computer software(QuickBooks) and Ms. Office, Email & Internet
  • Prefer working as the team work
  • Good attitude, personality and honesty
  • Highly self-motivated; high commitment to work under pressure,
  • Willing to travel to remote area and stay overnight if required.
  • Fully able to embrace organizational values and possess a high level of commitment towards the mission of CCPCR,
